Caracterización y restauración ecológica en el matorral espinoso tamaulipeco del noreste de México por Pequeño Ledezma, Miguel Angel

    Publicado 2016
“…Prosopis laevigata was recorded as having the highest coverage with 89.12%, followed by Acacia farnesiana with 9.66% and Celtis pallida with 1.22%, where there is a high presence of individuals in the lower diametric classes, which shows a active regeneration status. At the same time, the composition, structure and plant diversity of two areas of the Tamaulipan thornscrub (hill and plain) were evaluated in order to know their main differences or similarities and based on the results obtained, it is concluded that the two types of scrubland present in the area of the study recorded significant differences between them, registering a low similarity (19%) sharing only 4 species among themselves. …”

    Publicado 2011
“…In the presence of worts with low level of nutrients nitrogen, strain 820 downregulated genes that favor the incorporation of sulfur to carbon skeletons (MET6, MET13, MHT1) and at the same time over expressed genes related to the input of sulfate into the cell generating sulfur (MET3, MET2) in the other hand, strain 790 upregulated the way of balance in the production of AdoMet / methionine (MHT1 gene), without having an effect in any other gene involved. …”
