“…Se hace un estudio de las empresas mexicanas del área metropolitana de Monterrey Nuevo León para determinar cuál es el patrón de financiamiento de este tipo de empresa y saber que fuente de recursos prefieren ante la iniciativa de financiar sus actividades y activos.Se encontró que el tener alto financiamiento lo cual genera deuda y eso ocasiona que la empresa tenga baja rentabilidadSe observa que este tipo de empresas cuando su fuente de financiamiento tiene una alta situación con recursos propios su rentabilidad se ve disminuida y por lo cual afecta el patrimonio de la empresa.Se aplicó un análisis descriptivo para el cual en las encuestas aplicadas se observo que al margen de su tamaño inciden en problemáticas similares como son: que el grado académico con el que cuentan las personas, en cuanto a la capacitación administrativa y tipos de fuentes de financiamiento.…”
