Sharing their own sexual orientation with peers, friends and even with family members, having accuired knowledge/information regarding homosexuality and, in some cases, initiating relationships, which characterizes the stages of acceptance, pride and synthesis (present), these aspects contribute to achieve a new representation of homosexuality characterized by a positive emotionality, considering it as something "normal" not as a problem but as something that can lead to an enjoyable life and even can be accepted by those who initially rejected them. …”
