    Publicado 2017
“…In the present study, an animal model of hypercaloric food addiction was generated and it was determined: 1) if the addictive behavior is transmitted to the offspring and 2) the alterations in gene expression profile of the accumbens nucleus (NAc) in the (F0) who were submitted to the operational conditioning protocols (FR1, FR5), PR) in the Skinner box for 12 days (including pregnancy and lactation) to get chocolate pellets as a reward. Analysis of global gene expression was determined using microarray technology. …”

    Publicado 2018
“…The results we got through the use of 3 types of bioassays (germination, phytohormone content and cell cycle) show that it is at 9 months of storage when the seed performs better at germination, this result could be verified with the data gotten with the use of HPLC because it was at this age when we observed a higher amount of gibberellins, auxins and kinetine and the flow cytometer analysis showed that at 9 months of age the seed shows higher cell division, these results let us conclude that at 9 months of age the seed has reached physiological maturity, reflected on the high content of phytohormones that promote germinationand the process of cell división that is very active at this age, therefore we suggest that at 9 months of seed storage is the ideal age to cultivate the seed and get higher percentage of germination.…”

    Publicado 2006
“…Although, variability was observed on the intensity of bands, indicating a probable upregulation or dowregulation of expression, it is necessary to make quantitative analysis to get conclusive results. These findings indicate that M. tuberculosis has a cytotoxic effect on macrophage monolayers, which can be measured by crystal violet dye and that M. tuberculosis selectively express genes depending on culture conditions.…”
