    “…Culture mediums and Biochemical test was used for Vibrio´s isolation and identification. the predominantVibrio´s species were V. alginolyticus (23%), V fluvialis  (20%), V. parahaemolyticus (10%), V. carchariae and Vmimicus (13%), V. vulnificus, cincimatiensis and V. campbelli (7%).   The sampling point with the highest number ofVibrio isolation was Mangles, cielo mar sector, which also contributed with 30% of the total of all species isolated although the difference was of no statistical significance due to their homogenous distribution.  100% of the sampling points showed cloudy water due to the presence of organic matter in suspension and visible solid waste, Thus, Factors influencing Vibrios proliferation on oysters maybe related with the Ciénaga characteristics.  …”
