Another important factor lesion development is chromosomal instability in the cell and leading to the development of aneuploidy, chromosomal rearrangements, etc., which produce changes at the gene level like, turn off tumor suppressor genes, oncogenes ignition which individually or jointly promote the development of the tumor. …”
