Nanostructured titanium dioxide film preparation using inorganic nanoparticles instead of organic precursor materials. por Jamali, A., Eghbali, M. H.

    Publicado 2011
“…The nanostructured film preparation method proposed in this study is a preparation of colloidal solution followed by film deposition using manual coating methods, mostly vertical dip-coating. Deposited films were calcined to form a crystalline film. …”

Sheehan’s Syndrome Revisited: Underlying Autoimmunity or Hypoperfusion? por González González, José Gerardo, Borjas Almaguer, Omar David, Salcido Montenegro, Alejandro, Rodríguez Guajardo, René, Elizondo Plazas, Anasofia, Montes de Oca Luna, Roberto, Rodríguez Gutiérrez, René

    Publicado 2018
“…The main etiology for severe PPH was uterine atony (65%) which resulted mostly in hypovolemic shock grades III-IV. Within the first four weeks after delivery, 95% of patients had at least one hormonal pituitary affected and 60% of the patients fulfilled diagnostic criteria for hypopituitarism. …”

Natural carbon stable isotope ratios as indicators of the relative contribution of live and inert diets to growth in larval Senegalese sole (Solea senegalensis) por Gamboa Delgado, Julián, Cañavate, José Pedro, Zerolo, Ricardo, Le Vay, Lewis

    Publicado 2008
“…From 12 DAH fish larvae from all the regimes showed significant isotopic differences as their δ13C increased to final asymptotic values of −15.1, −15.6 and −16.3‰ in the live food, 70:30 and 30:70 regimes, respectively. Carbon turnover rates in larvae from both live food and co-feeding regimes were relatively high (0.071 to 0.116 d−1) but more than 90% of the observed change in fish tissue isotopic values was accounted for by the retention of carbon in new tissue growth. …”

Naturally-occurring stable isotopes as direct measures of larval feeding efficiency, nutrient incorporation and turnover por Le Vay, Lewis, Gamboa Delgado, Julián

    Publicado 2011
“…Thus results of studies of the effects of diet composition, developmental stage, growth rates or environmental conditions on stable isotope incorporation will be of broad relevance not only in terms of larval nutrition but can also more broadly inform the design and interpretation of ecological studies.…”

Engineered small metal‐binding protein tag improves the production of recombinant human growth hormone in the periplasm of Escherichia coli por Pérez Pérez, David Antonio, Pioquinto Avila, Elizeth, Arredondo Espinoza, Eder Ubaldo, Morones Ramírez, José Rubén, Balderas Rentería, Isaías, Zárate Kalfópulos, Xristo

    Publicado 2020
“…Fusion proteins play an important role in the production of recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli. They are mostly used for cytoplasmic expression since they can be designed to increase the solubility of the target protein, which then can be easily purified via affinity chromatography. …”

Association of Patient Profile with Glycemic Control and Hypoglycemia with Insulin Glargine 300 U/mL in Type 2 Diabetes: A Post Hoc Patient-Level Meta-Analysis por Twigg, Stephen M., Escalada, Javier, Stella, Peter, Merino Trigo, Ana, Lavalle González, Fernando Javier, Cariou, Bertrand, Meneghini, Luigi F.

    Publicado 2018
“…While heterogeneity of treatment effect between diabetes duration subgroups was seen for the risk of C 1 confirmed (B 3.9 mmol/L [B 70 mg/dL]) or severe hypoglycemic event at any time (24 h), treatment effect consistently favored Gla-300; no evidence of heterogeneity was observed for the other subgroups. Annualized rates of confirmed (B 3.9 mmol/L [B 70 mg/dL]) or severe hypoglycemia and body weight change were not influenced by participant characteristics; a similar pattern was observed with insulin dose. …”

Caracterización clonal de aislamientos clínicos de Stenotrophomonas maltophilia productores de biopelícula por Montoya Hinojosa, Edeer Iván

    Publicado 2020
“…In conclusion, the isolates of S. maltophilia collected over a period of 7 years in two third-level hospitals in the country had high biofilm production (96%) and were mostly of respiratory origin. And the isolates of hospitalized patients in the intensive care unit presented low clonality and high genetic diversity, suggesting no transmission of infections within the hospital.…”
