“…El tipo de investigación que se realizó es esencialmente cualitativo, de corte documental – interpretativo, haciendo uso del método inductivo, funcionalista dialéctico, exegético y método de interpretación jurídica.Teniendo como resultado que el perfil del mediador es mucho más amplio que el perfil del notario público, pudiendo abarcar todas las áreas de las ciencias sociales y humanísticas, incluyendo en algunos casos, el área de la salud, lo cual es benéfico para las partes en conflicto, al dotarles de visiones amplias y completas en relación a su conflicto.En el cual se concluye que no cualquier notario público debe de llevar a cabo procesos de mediación, toda vez que su formación netamente jurídica lo limitará al momento de llevar a cabo las sesiones de mediación, el notario mediador de alta especialización, debe de ser instruido en las herramientas y habilidades de la justicia alternativa, restaurativa, conflictología, irenología y mediación, visualizadas éstas no solo desde el aspecto técnico jurídico, sino desde la visión de áreas como la sociología, la psicología y áreas psicopedagógicas, creando un “nuevo lenguaje” y entendimiento del conflicto.…”
