Effect of the commercial citrus based and chemical preservatives in combination against the growth of campylobacter jejuni in vitro and in a food model. por Kuzhuppillymyal Prabhakarankutty, Laiju

    Publicado 2016
“…In the chicken meat, the combinations 2%TSP, 0.3% Citrosan and 0.05% Citrol-K-Ultra® and the combinations of 0.3% Citrosan and 0.05% Citrol-K-Ultra® showed a complete reduction of C. jejuni by 48 hours. The sensory analysis showed no significant difference among the different combinations when compared with the chicken without any preservatives.…”

Preparation and Characterization of Cu and Ni on Alumina Supports and Their Use in the Synthesis of Low-Temperature Metal-Phthalocyanine Using a Parallel-Plate Reactor por Sánchez de la Torre, Fernando, De la Rosa, Javier, Kharisov, Boris I., Lucio Ortiz, Carlos J.

    Publicado 2013
“…The Ni/Al2O3 sample reveled agglomerated (1 μm) of nanoparticles of Ni (30–80 nm) however, NiO particles were also identified, probably for the low temperature during the H2 reduction treatment (350 °C), the Cu/Al2O3 sample presented agglomerates (1–1.5 μm) of nanoparticles (70–150 nm), but only of pure copper. …”

The Demand for New Antibiotics: Antimicrobial Peptides, Nanoparticles, and Combinatorial Therapies as Future Strategies in Antibacterial Agent Design por León Buitimea, Angel, Garza Cárdenas, César Rodolfo, Garza Cervantes, Javier Alberto, Lerma Escalera, Jordy Alexis, Morones Ramírez, José Rubén

    Publicado 2020
“…The combination of different drugs offers many advantages over their use as individual chemical moieties; these include a reduction in dosage of the individual drugs, fewer side effects compared to the monotherapy, reduced risk for the development of drug resistance, a better combined response compared to the effect of the individual drugs (synergistic effects), wide- spectrum antibacterial action, and the ability to attack simultaneously multiple target sites, in many occasions leading to an increased antibacterial effect. …”
