Desarrollo de un prototipo de biosensor basado en nanoconjugados de nanopartículas de carbono y papaína para la detección de cistatina c (cYS c) por Cavazos Jaramillo, Azael Adrián

    Publicado 2020
“…Five known Cys C concentrations in a range of 0.9 to 3.0 µg/mL were used to establish a biosensor calibration curve, measuring the interaction between nanoconjugates and papain by cyclic voltammetry obtaining current values ranging from 61.77 to 51.11 µA. …”

Valor nutritivo de las hojas de la hojarasca del matorral espinoso tamaulipeco en el estado de Nuevo León por Rodríguez Santillán, Patricia

    Publicado 2020
“…In the 2007 sampling, it was found: neutral detergent fiber (annual average NDF = 40.8%), acid detergent fiber (ADF; 28.8%), lignin (20.2%), crude protein (PC: 11.5%), condensed tannins (CT: 0.6%) and ethereal extract (EE; 2.9%) and IVOMD (63.0%) the values of the litterfall leaf samples were significantly different between sites and months, the site * month interaction was significant (P <0.05). The in vitro gas production at 24 hrs without PEG (53.2ml / 200mg) and with PEG (59.1), ME (9.9 and 10.9 MJ / kg, respectively) and MP (11.5 and 13.8µmol, respectively) these values were not significantly different between sites, but they were different (P <0.001) between months. …”
