“…Silva’s Psychosocial Work Factors and Seppo Aro’s Stress Symptoms Scale were applied to capture the data, obtaining psychosocial factors frequency, the presence of stress symptoms and the association between the two variables with OR, with a range of 95% confidence and a value of p < 0.05. Results: 162 people participated, 88.9% women; 47.5% perceived negative psychosocial factors such as high labor requirements and inadequate working site conditions. …”
