Optical and electrical characterization of AgInS2 thin films deposited by spray pyrolysis. por Calixto Rodriguez, María Estela, Martínez Valencia, Horacio, Calixto Rodriguez, María Estela, Peña Méndez, Yolanda, Martínez Escobar, Dalia, Tiburcio Silver, Arturo, Sánchez Juárez, Arón

    Publicado 2010
“…So that, by carefully selecting the deposition parameters, single phase AgInS2 thin films can be easily grown. Thin films obtained using a molar ratio of Ag:In:S = 1:1:2 and Ts = 400 ◦C, have an optical band gap of 1.9 eV and n-type electrical conductivity with a value of 0.3 −1 cm−1 in the dark.…”

Effects of computerized visual feedback on the adjustment of time in planning physical education por López Walle, Jeanette M., Viciana Ramírez, Jesús, Mayorga Vega, Daniel, Blanco Vega, Humberto, Ornelas Contreras, Martha, Tristán Rodríguez, José Leandro

    Publicado 2013
“…The adjustment of the time planned is a common problem for PTs without experience, and they show high differences between the time that they program and the real time that they employ during the intervention phase of teaching PE. We created a computerized time sheet to deliver visual feedback to PTs about this difference. …”

Effect of minerals admixtures on high-performance concrete: C-S-H formation and physical-mechanical properties. por Rivera Torres, Jorge Maurilio

    Publicado 2018
“…The paste analysis by nanoindentation in joint with the qualitative Energy-Dispersive Spectroscopy (NI-EDS) reveal that the physical and mechanical properties of concrete with natural pozzolans are originated from an optimal combination of aluminumcontaining hydrated products, a predominant phase of C-(A)-S-H and a well distributed small hard anhydrous inclusions. …”

Efecto del eritritol sobre el desarrollo y fructificación de pleurotus ostreatus. por Sánchez Saldívar, Eduardo Alain

    Publicado 2018
“…The results in the fructification phase were similar to those of the initial phase, showing no apparent changes in the characteristics of the carpophorus in relation to weight, morphology, although there was a significant increase in the production of carpophorus in the concentration of 0.05% of erythritol which produced 39% more carpophorus than the 0% of control erythritol, which did not show apparent changes, such as the reduction of weight or volume, indicating the addition of 0.05% erythritol, improved the fungus's ability to extract nutrients from the substrate. …”
