Evaluación del efecto de oligonucleotidos CpG en la proliferación y producción de citocinas en células de melanoma murino B16F10 by Rodríguez García, Ramiro Joel

    Published 2017
“…It was observed that a concentration of 50 μg / ml, CpG 1826 reduces cell proliferation by 40%, in addition this CpG is able to induce the secretion of high levels of IL-10, an anti-inflammatory cytokine .Overall, the results suggest a biological role of TLR9 in the proliferation of B16F10 cells, proposing its use as monotherapy directed directly to the tumor cell, paying attention to its immunomodulatory properties that could have a detrimental effect on the immune system in the tumor microenvironment.…”

A cellularized biphasic implant based on a bioactive silk fibroin promotes integration and tissue organization during osteochondral defect repair in a porcine model by Pérez Silos, Vanessa, Moncada Saucedo, Nidia Karina, Peña Martínez, Víctor Manuel, Lara Arias, Jorge, Marino Martínez, Iván Alberto, Camacho Morales, Alberto, Romero Díaz, Víktor J., Lara Banda, María del Refugio, García Ruíz, Alejandro, Soto Domínguez, Adolfo, Rodríguez Rocha, Humberto, López Serna, Norberto, Tuan, Rocky S., Lin, Hang, Fuentes Mera, Lizeth

    Published 2019
“…The mechanical assessment showed that the acellular BSs reached a Young’s modulus of 805.01 kPa, similar to native cartilage. In vitro biological studies revealed the chondroinductive ability of the BSs, evidenced by an increase in sulfated glycosaminoglycans and type II collagen, both secreted by the chondrocytes cultured on the scaffold during 28 days. …”

New ecological and taxonomic remarks on Sabinella troglodytes and Nanobalcis worsfoldi (Gastropoda: Eulimidae) living on the “slate-pencil sea urchin” from the Mexican Caribbean re... by González Vallejo, Norma Emilia, De León González, Jesús Ángel

    Published 2018
“…They are usually reported associated with echinoderms, but for most described species the host is unknown, and few biological aspects of the symbiosis are known. As part of a larger study on eulimids, 300 sea urchins were collected in shallow water reef lagoons. …”
