    “…Se concluye que no se presentó una heterogeneidad de las variables bióticas y abióticas a escalas espaciales de 15 m, 62 m y 125 m en el área de estudio; por lo que no se encontró diferencia de colecta de flebotomineos por escala espacial; sin embargo en términos de diversidad, la riqueza específica y abundancia de flebotomineos y roedores por escala espacial fueron diferente; por lo que, el establecimiento de nidos de leishmaniasis presenta interrelaciones aún más complejas en su ecosistema, siendo necesario ahondar del conocimiento de los otros posibles parámetros que establezcan y/o mantengan nidos de leishmaniasis. ABSTRACT Systematic recording at spatial and temporal scales of abiotic factors (ambient temperature, soil temperature, relative and absolute humidity, dew point and pH), collection of Phlebotomine sand flies by light traps CDC, realization of human bait by Shannon traps, collection of rodents by Sherman traps; for the isolation of Phlebotomine sand fly parasites and / or reservoirs for the detection of Leishmania spp. and record of the diameter of the breast height of DAP trees will allow knowing how the biotic and abiotic determinants intervene in zoonotic cycles in endemic areas of infection. …”

    “…Abstract This paper shows the results of our main studies, on inventory, geographic distribution range, and economic estimation carried out in the northeastern region of Mexico; the results show the update and knowledge of the systematic and the diversity of produce with a total increase of 8% for Coahuila, 40% for Nuevo Leon and 42% in Tamaulipas, when compared to technical information published before 2005; it provides a general account for the 58 species and 6 genus in this region; the generation and analysis of data bases, including at least one specimen for each species, indexed and validated under a national - international herbarium; the description of a new Agave species, considered as a baseline ancestor of the genus and the relict phylogeographic relationships to family level. …”
