Hidrolizado de proteínas de chícharo (Pisum sativum) y arroz (Oryza sativa) y su efecto antiadipogénico in silico por Ruíz López, Felipe de Jesús

    Publicado 2020
“…Peptides released with a length of 2 to 5 amino acid residues were first evaluated for their binding energy to PAPRγ (PDB) by means of the HPEPDOCK software and the peptides with values lower than -160 kcal / mol were modeled using Avogrado to finally analyze the energies and sites of binding to active sites of the PPARγ receptor with a region of ligand-receptor interaction centered at 7,745 x 50,606 x 57,552 and with dimensions of X = 70, Y = 40 and Z = 40 with a spacing of 0.375 angstroms. The peptides that presented values below -160 kcal / mol were 11 (5 from rice and 6 from peas) of which the oligopeptides PIVF, IVPQH, IIQGR, QPY (glutelin) and QSPVF (prolamine) from rice and AQTF and AAVSH from rice Peas were the ones with the highest affinity for active sites of the PAPRγ receptor (Phe264, His266, Ile281, Cys285, Arg288, Ser289, Met348 and His449) with binding energies between -1.87 and -6.38 kcal / mol. …”
