The validity of incremental exercise testing in discriminating of physiological profiles in elite runners
Publicado 2011“…The goal of this study was to determine whether traditional ergoespirometric incremental exercise testing carried out to the point of exhaustion could be useful in distinguishing the physiological profiles of elite runners that compete in races that lasted about 8 minutes versus those that lasted about 2 hours. …”

Challenges in Developing Successful Formulated Feed for Culture of Larval Fish and Crustaceans
Publicado 2019“…Poor response to larval diets may have nothing to dowith nutrient composition, but rather the result of incompatible culture conditions andunsatisfactory presentation of the diet.Recognition of the complexity of the ontogeny of nutrient physiology in larvae must betempered with the need to strive for simplicity in formulation and manufacture. …”

New Approaches to Assess the Nutritional Condition of Marine Fish Larvae
Publicado 2010“…Although the biochemical quantification of digestive enzymes has been a very widespread and useful tool to assess the digestive capabilities of fish larvae, molecular tools have gained importance in the last decade to study the ontogeny of digestive enzymes gene expression, allowing the understanding of the mechanisms underlying the digestive physiology of young fish. The general patterns of the morphohistological development of the digestive tract and accessory glands might be also used as biomarkers of nutritional stress, since the digestive system is very sensitive to changes in diet quantity and quality. …”

Alimentary Biostoichiometry Toward a Bigger Productivity and a Low Environmental Impact.
Publicado 2019“…The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", was born in our science group like to necessity ofinterpretation of countless and complex interrelations and results it causes - effect obtainedin all our chore in nutrition where the sequence interpretations have been conjugated; basicand applied investigation; disciplines like biotechnology, genetics, molecular biology, evolution, ethology, physiology, biochemistry, immunochemistry, embryology, bioenergétic, sciences of the nutrition; cumulative experience among others. The feeding and nutrition in aquaculture is based fundamentally on charts and preseteddates which don't consider the relationships phylo and ontogenetics, ontogeny of mobilityand molecular relationships of amino acids integrally for example free amino acids, freeand combined amino acids , and total aa. of proteins, enzymes, peptides etc., ramified aa.,muscular tissue precursors, aa precursors of collagen, aa. precursors of immunity etc., typesof fatty acids, besides the physiologic state, homeostasis, enzymatic ontogeny, transferases,ATP-aces, psicrofílic enzymes like CST and AST, habits of natural feeding, umami, frequency, age etc.The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", it conjugates the disciplines approaching the problemof a more holistic point of view where the essential thing is marked for "modulations" orchanges that are allowed to see as "Specie-Specific-Stadium" (SSS).Having identified some factors of biomasic grow v/s for example the development of thedigestive capacity and on the other hand the natural morbimortality in larvae of Salmosalar, have been formulated and developed practical diets according to obtained results, comparing finally this diets with commercial allowances of high conversion grade.…”
