    Inestabilidad cormosómica específica en neoplasia cervical evaluada mediante técnicas de citogenética molecular by García Vielma, Catalina

    “…In the present work, samples of cervical epithelium of patients with intraepithelial lesion low grade (L-SIL), intraepithelial lesion high grade (H-SIL) and samples of women were studied without any cervical lesion, which are conducted molecular cytogenetic tests to evaluate instability of specific regions of chromosomes 1 and 3 (CEP 1, CEP 3 1q36 and 3q26), based on the literature reviewed. We found that the damage to these specific sequences in the DNA of patients with cervical neoplasia was higher than in the control group women, we show signs of chromothripsis and found that all patients with H-SIL, presented high-risk HP.…”
