Una crítica a las políticas capitalistas que obstaculizan la documentación y comunicación científica deportiva pública
Published 2013“…Resultados: Se encontraron las siguientes políticas capitalistas como las que más negativamente obstaculizan la documentación y comunicación científica pública en general y en los deportes en particular: 1) la intromisión del empresariado y el Estado en las universidades públicas y en los asuntos científicos está convirtiendo la educación, la ciencia y la información-comunicación en un apendice sin crítica a favor del empresariado (Dilevko, 2009; Moles Plaza, 2006; Muela Meza, 2005; Bakan, 2004; Marquand, 2004; Verzola, 2004; González Barbone, 2002; Fox 1983); 2) la compra-venta de la información-comunicación financiada con fondos públicos afecta los escasos presupuestos de universidades públicas, los sueldos de sus científicos (González Barbone, 2002; Webster, 2002; Schiller, 1996; Harnad, 1995; Habermas, 1981); 3) los convenios entre gobiernos y empresas de la información documental como Thomson Reuters (y sus índices ISI, Journal Citations Reports, Web of Science, Web of Knowledge, etc.), como únicas normas para evaluar la ciencia mundial evidencian corrupción entre ellos (Herrán & Villena, 20012; Dilevko, 2009; González Barbone, 2002); también sesgos y tendenciosidades anti-científicas, ya que p.ej. en México entre 1997-2006 el JCR, WOS; WOK sólo indizaban menos del 15% de toda la información-comunicación científica (Torres Reyes, 2010) y las tendencias son similares en todo el mundo (Herrán & Villena, 2012); el mismo creador del primer índice de citaciones de la ciencia (SCI) en 1955 ha advertido recientemente que evaluar la ciencia sólo con el factor de impacto o JCR es limitado y hasta sesgado (Garfield, 2005); 4) mientras que el mayor porcentaje de la información-comunicación científica mundial (más del 85% en México, Torres Reyes, 2010) se publica en Acceso Abierto, por el contrario empresas y Estados, e instituciones evaluadoras de la ciencia (e.g. …”
