Actividad biológica de extractos etanólicos de Pinpinella anisum sobre Helicobacter pylori by Hernández Vázquez, Francisco Javier

“…Results showed that 76.39% EEPa inhibits H. pylori cultures, only fraction three inhibited the H. pylori culture 41.4%; and the metabolites present in the total EEPa were: saponins, alkaloids, flavones, sesquiterpenlactones, aromaticity, unsaturations, phenolic oxhydrils, sterols and triterpenes as well as carbohydrates, and Fraction 3 EEPa-presented: saponins, flavones, aromaticity, carbohydrates, carbonyl group and unsaturations; The gas-mass chromatography analysis of fraction 3 determined the presence of the following molecules: Benzene, 4-ethenyl-1,2- dimethoxy, Benzene, 1,4-dimethoxy-2-methyl, Butanoic acid, 2-methyl -, 4-methoxy2- (3-methyloxiranyl) phenyl ester. In future studies, the 3 identified molecules can be purified and evaluated on the H. pylori culture and even on other microorganisms of medical importance…”
