Use of silver nanoparticles increased inhibition of cell-associated HIV-1 infection by neutralizing antibodies developed against HIV-1 envelope proteins por Lara Villegas, Humberto Herman, Ixtepan Turrent, Liliana del Carmen, Garza Treviño, Elsa Nancy, Singh, Dinesh K.

    Publicado 2011
“…In this study, we demonstrated that there is an additive effect between the four NABs and AgNPs when combined against cellassociated HIV-1 infection in vitro Results: Four NABs (Monoclonal antibody to HIV-1 gp41 126-7, HIV-1 gp120 Antiserum PB1 Sub 2, HIV-1 gp120 Antiserum PB1, HIV-1 gp120 Monoclonal Antibody F425 B4e8) with or without AgNPs of 30-50 nm in size were tested against cell free and cell-associated HIVIIIB virus. All NABs inhibited HIV-1 cell free infection at a dose response manner, but with AgNPs an antiviral additive effect was not achieved Although there was no inhibition of infection with cellassociated virus by the NABs itself, AgNPs alone were able to inhibit cell associated virus infection and more importantly, when mixed together with NABs they inhibited the HIV-1 cell associated infection in an additive manner. …”

Alimentary Biostoichiometry Toward a Bigger Productivity and a Low Environmental Impact. por H. Gutiérrez, Víctor

    Publicado 2019
“…The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", was born in our science group like to necessity ofinterpretation of countless and complex interrelations and results it causes - effect obtainedin all our chore in nutrition where the sequence interpretations have been conjugated; basicand applied investigation; disciplines like biotechnology, genetics, molecular biology, evolution, ethology, physiology, biochemistry, immunochemistry, embryology, bioenergétic, sciences of the nutrition; cumulative experience among others. The feeding and nutrition in aquaculture is based fundamentally on charts and preseteddates which don't consider the relationships phylo and ontogenetics, ontogeny of mobilityand molecular relationships of amino acids integrally for example free amino acids, freeand combined amino acids , and total aa. of proteins, enzymes, peptides etc., ramified aa.,muscular tissue precursors, aa precursors of collagen, aa. precursors of immunity etc., typesof fatty acids, besides the physiologic state, homeostasis, enzymatic ontogeny, transferases,ATP-aces, psicrofílic enzymes like CST and AST, habits of natural feeding, umami, frequency, age etc.The "Alimentary Biostoichiometry", it conjugates the disciplines approaching the problemof a more holistic point of view where the essential thing is marked for "modulations" orchanges that are allowed to see as "Specie-Specific-Stadium" (SSS).Having identified some factors of biomasic grow v/s for example the development of thedigestive capacity and on the other hand the natural morbimortality in larvae of Salmosalar, have been formulated and developed practical diets according to obtained results, comparing finally this diets with commercial allowances of high conversion grade.…”

A Model for Calculation of a Productivity Bonus por Sánchez de León, José Alfredo

    Publicado 2017
“…The model takes as inputs the goals and control limits (parameter values of the metrics that are commonly found on many organizations) (Duke, 2013), their value accomplishment result, and a free parameter. A typical real life example is exposed, as a case of study, where it is applied this calculation scheme; as the result, a productivity bonus was successfully calculated, so concluding that this result can be a useful device to carry out this task.…”
