Aislamiento y selección de cepas mutantes de Hirsutella citriformis inducidas por el agente químico: metanosulfonato de etilo (EMS).
Publicado 2017“…In the bifasic culture, the highest concentration of conidia was obtained with the IB-Hir-2 strain on oats substrate with 9.33x106 conidia g-1, followed by INIFAP-Hir-2 with 8.58x106 , and there was no significant difference between the two values. In experiments on conidia production in oats and rice, oats promoted significantly more conidia production than rice, and as for the container, plastic was better than glass, with a production of 52.76 x 106 conidia / g at 28 days The INIFAP-Hir-2 strain was selected for mutation based on its conidia production and radial growth rate characteristics. …”
