“…The objective of the present study was to evaluate the diagnosis of human brucellosis in Nuevo Leon by detecting anti-brucella antibodies with polarized fluorescence (FPA), immunocapture (IC) diagnostic tests and comparing their results with the conventional tests authorized by the NOM. Of the results, obtained, FPA had a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 88.24% to a cutoff point of 88.4, coupled with the AUC of 0.960 which demonstrates the relevance of this assay to distinguish healthy patients from sick. …”
