Síntesis y caracterización de perovskitas hibridas de bismuto con nuevos cationes alternativos y su potencial aplicación en celdas solares
Published 2019“…En la búsqueda de un metal que se adapte a la estructura tipo perovskita se encontró que el Bi3+ cumple con el radio iónico necesario para poder adaptarse a esta estructura cristalina, teniendo un radio menor al Pb y Sn, además de esto se han encontrado reportes de estructuras cristalinas tipo perovskita con Bi en los cuales se ha realizado un estudio de estabilidad, demostrando que la inserción de esta perovskita como capa activa dentro de la estructura de una celda solar mejora la estabilidad ya que no se degrada tan rápido como sus análogos basados en Pb o Sn. …”
