    “…The results we got through the use of 3 types of bioassays (germination, phytohormone content and cell cycle) show that it is at 9 months of storage when the seed performs better at germination, this result could be verified with the data gotten with the use of HPLC because it was at this age when we observed a higher amount of gibberellins, auxins and kinetine and the flow cytometer analysis showed that at 9 months of age the seed shows higher cell division, these results let us conclude that at 9 months of age the seed has reached physiological maturity, reflected on the high content of phytohormones that promote germinationand the process of cell división that is very active at this age, therefore we suggest that at 9 months of seed storage is the ideal age to cultivate the seed and get higher percentage of germination.…”
