“…Para la realización de este estudio se empleo una metodología descriptivo-explicativa, delineando la infraestructura existente a través del mapeo de la zona, la observación directa y la aplicación de encuestas, logrando obtener un patrón del crecimiento generado a través del desarrollo económico y sus efectos en la planeación de servicios para los habitantes de dicho espacio urbano.Se logró asíel objetivo previamente planteado de identifi car y analizar las necesidades de infraestructuras en instalaciones de larga vida útil que constituyan la base para la prestación de los servicios considerados necesarios para el desarrollo de fi nes productivos, políticos, sociales y personales, los cuales se reflejan en el impacto económico, social y ambiental.AbstractConsidering the relevance of the country’s economic development, the articulation of the economic structure with the social structure is important, reveals a direct relationship between territorial and urban design, as well as the attention to the most vulnerable groups in a situation poverty and marginalization, facilitate the introduction of public services aff ected to improving the living conditions ofits inhabitants , with quality and quantity of infrastructure services that encourage economic and social development.The case of study presents an analysis of the transformation of the colonies belonging to the municipality of Nava that adjoin the municipality of Piedras Negras in the state of Coahuila and which are locate at a distance of 30km fromthe municipal head to which belong. …”
