Decoding kinematic variables from electroencephalographic signals during lower limb mobility protocols by Mercado Cerda, Luis Antonio

    Published 2019
“…Different electrode arrays and time ranges were tested to compare performances of the reconstruction, proving certain electrodes contribute in greater amount than others to the decodification. The decodification of segmented signals for different types of tasks gave a better performance compared to using a single decoder for the entire signals. …”

Evaluación in vitro, ex – vivo e in silico de nuevos derivados de 1,4-naftoquinonas sobre epimastigote y tripomastigote de Trypanosoma cruzi by Becerra Ramos, Nohemi Alejandra

    Published 2018
“…Ex vivo assays were carried out in trypomastigote, in which the compound Ce-Q11 had a CL50 (20.01 μM) in NINOA strain is better than the reference drugs (nfx and bzl). The evaluation of cytotoxicity was carried out in 2 cell lines, in both it was observed that there is no cytotoxicity at different concentrations, in the compound Ce-Q8 in line of hepatocytes in the 3 concentrations shared a toxicity not greater than 25% and as a complement was decided make in silico trials using the pharmacophoric model, where the two halogenated groups (Bromine and chlorine) favored their activity, possibly benefiting the lipophilicity of the compound. …”
