El liderazgo y la axiología del docente en la educación primaria
Publicado 2019“…El propósito del presente ensayo es realizar un aproximación teórica en cuanto al liderazgo y axiología del docente en la educación primaria fundamentado en los aportes de Cárdenas (2017); yHernández (2019), por lo cual se abordará las cualidades del docente como líder, así mismo, la axiología del docente, así mismo el proceso de educar con amor de allí que hacer aportes significativos de la importancia de la acción pedagógica y educativa delos docente sea producto de un liderazgo en las aulas de clases relacionados con los elementos del amor, ternura y compresión de los estudiantes como seres humanos, únicos y con personalidades diversas ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay is to make a theoretical approach regarding the leadership and axiology of the teacher in primary education based on the contributions of Cárdenas (2017); and Hernández (2019), for which the qualities of the teacher as a leader will be addressed, as well as the axiology of the teacher, as well as the process of educating with love, from there to make significant contributions of the importance of the pedagogical and educational action of the teacher is the product of leadership in classrooms related to the elements of love, tenderness and understanding of students as human beings, unique and with diverse personalities…”
