Throughout the 20th century, informality has been presented in the form of slums, which present particularities such as precariousness. I will present the solutions from the State and the difficulties they have, as well as the analyzes that have been done in other geographical spaces. En este artículo me interesa presentar las reflexiones acerca de cómo el Estado francés ha abordado la vivienda informal y cómo responde cuando aparece en el espacio urbano.
