Use of the MICMAC and MACTOR method prospective analysis in an operational area for the pursuit of operational excellence through the Lean Manufacturing
Presents the MICMAC and MACTOR prospective analysis study in an operational area which looks for world-class management with reference to the concepts of lean manufacturing. The results of a qualitative analysis and his conclusions are presented.
