| description | Las Políticas Sociales tienen como fin el que la población se pueda desarrollar convocando a los diferentes actores que intervienen, así también deben tomar en cuenta los elementos en los que se encuentran inmersos la población. Las políticas sociales alimentarias debieran ser practicadas en coordinación y no en subordinación a las políticas económicas de un país.Nada es diferente a lo comentado cuando se trata de elaborar políticas en el área de Alimentación, quizá la diferencia estriba en la amplitud del tema y no en el impacto social. Invertir en la nutrición y alimentación se apoyar el desarrollo de una nación asimismo es reducir la extrema pobreza de la población. Uno de los retos más importantes que enfrentan las políticas de salud y nutrición es el de llevar a cabo acciones con recursos limitados y que respondan a las necesidades locales. La propuesta toma en cuenta los elementos propios de Nuevo León en materia de alimentación tales como el patrón de consumo de alimentos, elementos de la pobreza. En lo que respecta al marco legal se apoya en el artículo cuarto de la Constitución Mexicana, en el Programa Nacional de Salud 2001 – 2006 y en La Constitución política de Nuevo León. Es entonces, que la propuesta permite incluir en las estrategias elementos de la dimensión alimentaria y elementos de la dimensión pobreza, que estarán actuando a favor de la mejora en la alimentación y en el combate a la pobreza de las familias de Nuevo León (México). Abstract The Social Policies have like aim the one that the population can be developed summoning to the different actors who take part, thus also must take into account the elements in which they are the population immersed. The nourishing social policies would have to be practiced in coordination and not in subordination to the economic policies of a country. Nothing is different from commented when it is to elaborate political in the area of Feeding, perhaps the difference is based in the amplitude of the subject and not in the social impact. To invest in the nutrition and feeding to lean the development of a nation also is to reduce the extreme poverty of the population. One of the most important challenges that they face the policies of health and nutrition is the one to carry out action with limited resources and that respond to the local needs. The proposal takes into account the own elements Nuevo Leon State in the matter of feeding again such as the landlord from consumption from foods, elements of the poverty. With regard to the legal frame one leans in the article fourth of the Mexican Constitution, in the National Program of Health 2001 - 2006 and in the political Constitution again Nuevo Leon State. He is then, that the proposal allows to include in the strategies elements of the nourishing dimension and elements of the dimension poverty, that will be acting in favor of the improvement in the feeding and the combat to the poverty of the families again Leon (México).
