Dx-M and As-M NPs were characterized using scanningelectronmicroscopy,energydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy,X-raydiffraction,andRamanspectroscopy.Dx-MandAs-M wereconjugatedwithamonoclonalscFvforactivetargetingoftheHER2antigen.AminosilanesurfacecoatingenhancedthescFv conjugationefficiencyovertwofoldcomparedtothatofthedextran-coatedmagnetiteNPsforthedetectionofHER2proteins.
