La ley es la instancia que le permite al ser humano socializarse, a través de la mediación como una herramienta de paz que auxilia a fundar un entorno pacífico, de transformación de los conflictos en ideas, fomentando el diálogo, la empatía, la solidaridad, la no-violencia, la comprensión, la integración, la creatividad, la participación y el consenso, generando reconstrucción de masculinidad.
ABSTRACT
The family violence gets an importance in the last years, in theories and investigations the
incidence is not very common like you see it in the analysis and studies, but is taken as a conflict
from inside the family, is considerate like a circumstance of the power of the man over the woman.
For it to stop it needs some factors that could separate it like the law and the treatment of psychological character, social and clinical criminology. The law, instance that lets the human socialize
through mediation like a tool of peace that helps to create a pacific environment, the transformation of the conflicts in ideas, encouraging the dialogue, empathy, solidarity, non-violence,
