Resumen: El presente artículo detalla una forma de medir la relación entre los representantes y representados en un modelo democrático moderno. Se identifican las
problemáticas que percibe el ciudadano para determinar si éste considera que un representante en primer lugar, atiende esas problemáticas; en segundo lugar, si al atenderlas busca satisfacer intereses particulares o colectivos; y en tercer lugar, si al atender tales
problemáticas, lo hace de manera efectiva. Se plantea realizar una evaluación del desempeño político gubernamental a partir del principal interesado que es el ciudadano, como también nos permite realizar una constante evaluación de la calidad de la representación política no solamente cuidada en tiempos electorales, sino desde el inicio de gestión de un representante determinado. |
